If you are looking to return or exchange your order, we are here to help.

We consider returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving or making your purchase.  

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged;
• items must have all labeling intact and be in original condition and packaging;
• items must have no visible signs of having been worn or used;
• we do not return for ‘change of mind’.

To enable a return or exchange in store, contact us in person or via phone call.  From an online purchase email us with an order number and reason for return. Send the items to us at Bella, Spencer Mall, 31 Dunmore St, Wanaka 9305.  Shipping is at your cost and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
